Profile

Siwei Xu is an associate lawyer at ATAC Law, with a practice focused on civil litigation, construction disputes, family litigation and residential tenancy matters. He regularly assists clients with contested matters, including court applications before Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia, negotiated settlements, and enforcement proceedings.

Before practising in Canada, Siwei was a licensed lawyer in China. He worked with a food service chain on commercial site due diligence and represented clients in business related court proceedings in China.

Siwei brings cross-border legal experience and a practical, client tailored approach to resolving disputes. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Outside of practice, Siwei enjoys exploring the history and design of architecture.
