About Abi:

Abi is a foreign-trained lawyer who is experienced in corporate law and real estate law. She handled various corporate and real estate transactions which ranged from drafting and reviewing contracts, incorporating companies and conveyancing. She developed great relationships with her clients as she went over and beyond to ensure that they were properly heard, and their matters resolved to their satisfaction.

Prior to joining ATAC Law, Abi worked in the Child Protection Department of a litigation firm. So, she is very seasoned with the practices and procedures of the provincial court and the Provincial Court (Child, Family and Community Service Act) Rules.

Abi is also very conversant with the Supreme Court Civil Rules and the different stages in the litigation process as she is involved daily with the preparation and filing of the various pleadings. She has a very good knowledge of the various Canadian Immigration laws as she solely processed her study permit application, post-graduate work-permit application and permanent residence application. She constantly reads immigration policies and news, so she is aware of any new developments or changes.

Abi is well known for her strong work ethic, keen eye for details and sincere desire to help people.

Outside of work, Abi enjoys reading novels and spending time with her family and friends.
