Wrongful Dismissal Claim settled against employer for $180,000.00
ATAC LAW was engaged by an employee who was terminated from a large, publicly traded company for alleged safety violations. Upon investigation, our lawyers found that there was a longstanding dispute between the employee and one of the managers of the employer. Employers are not permitted to use ulterior motives in citing just cause for termination of an employee.
