“I had a consultation with Associate Lawyer James Un. James asked me to email him all relative documents so that he could get acquainted with the case in advance and further discuss it in detail during the consultation without wasting time. He was very attentive, asked questions for better understanding of the case and then answered all my questions raised during the consultation. I finished the consultation with a full understanding of my rights, sense of relief and confidence in the future. I am very thankful to James for his willingness to understand customer’s needs and give a solution. I will definitely work with James in the future.”
