David Milojkovic is an associate lawyer at ATAC Law, specializing in civil litigation, construction law, commercial litigation, and tenancy disputes. With a strong academic background and diverse practical experience, David is committed to delivering effective legal solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting (Honours) from the University of British Columbia and a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. Prior to joining ATAC Law, David articled and practiced at boutique litigation firms, gaining valuable experience in both civil litigation and family law.

With experience representing clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia, David has developed a strong advocacy skillset. He also has a proven track record of achieving favorable settlements through mediation and negotiation, having successfully navigated disputes in a variety of practice areas.
David is fluent in both Serbian and English, which allows him to serve a diverse client base effectively.
