Incorporation of a Company or your Business

ATAC LAW provides business incorporation services to many clients.

One of the most common services we provide our business clients is the incorporation of their business. Incorporating your business has a number of distinct advantages including:

  • Protecting your personal assets
  • Tax reduction and tax deferral
  • Providing a structure through which to grow your business

It is important to incorporate your business correctly from the start. If there are errors or mistakes made at the beginning, they can prove disastrous later on. This is why most people hire a lawyer to incorporate their company.

For a simple incorporation without a shareholders’ agreement, we charge a flat fee of $2200 plus taxes which is inclusive of the government fees of approximately $450.00.

We can also provide you with a BC address at our offices which is required to form a BC Company. We also provide extra-provincial registration services and registered and records office services.
